Shipping & Logistics Policy

Shipping and logistics policy for SDCardFactory retail and wholesale customers, including service levels, handling times, and a practical but generous standard for transit expectations.

1. Retail shipping standard

For retail customers, we aim to dispatch in‑stock SD and microSD card orders within one business day. DHL Express shipments typically arrive within 2–5 working days from dispatch, while Economy lanes usually arrive within 5–10 working days depending on region and customs clearance. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments where available.

2. Wholesale shipping standard

For wholesale and bulk orders, we follow a slightly wider but still practical standard: most confirmed orders ship within 3–7 working days. This window allows for carton consolidation, QC checks, and—where applicable— custom printing or packaging. Large or custom OEM orders may require additional lead time; in such cases the agreed schedule on the quotation or purchase order takes precedence.

3. Carriers and Incoterms

Unless otherwise agreed, shipments are made using DHL Express or equivalent global carriers, typically under Incoterms such as DAP (Delivered At Place). Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs brokerage fees charged by their local authorities.

4. Delivery commitments and delays

Published transit times represent reasonable industry expectations based on carrier SLAs and historical performance. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and are not liable for indirect costs caused by delays, but we will assist with shipment tracking, carrier escalation, and investigations where appropriate.
