Returns and refund guidelines for SD and microSD card orders, including retail cooling‑off period, wholesale RMA handling, and how to start a return request when something is not right.
1. Retail returns
For retail customers, unopened SD and microSD card products in resellable condition can usually be returned within 14 days of delivery. Cards that have been opened, written to, or used in devices can only be returned under the warranty policy for confirmed defects. Always back up any data you wish to keep before returning a card.
2. Wholesale and OEM shipments
Wholesale, bulk, and OEM shipments are typically produced to order. Returns are therefore limited to cases of shipping damage, packing errors, or confirmed manufacturing defects. Any special return or buy‑back arrangements for bulk programs will be documented clearly on the quotation or purchase order.
3. Return shipping and credits
When a return is approved due to our error or a confirmed product issue, we will help arrange return shipping or credit reasonable freight costs. For discretionary returns such as incorrect ordering or changes of mind, the customer is responsible for return freight and any non‑recoverable duties or taxes.
4. How to request a return
To request a return, please contact our support team with your order number, invoice, product SKUs, and a short explanation of the reason for return. Including clear photos of the packaging and product labels helps us respond faster. We will confirm eligibility, share any RMA number required, and provide practical packing and shipping instructions.
